Please read these Terms carefully. By using OneTap Poster (“App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for creating personal, business, or festival posters in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy or redistribute the App or its contents without our written consent.

Some features of the App require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. All payments are securely handled through Google Play Billing. Fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as per Google Play’s refund policy.
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime through your Google Play account settings.
Users can delete their accounts and associated personal data at any time. If there is no in-app option, deletion requests can be sent to support@onetapposter.in. Once deleted, all user data and uploaded media will be permanently removed from our systems.
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time to improve functionality or comply with platform requirements. Such updates may be automatically installed on your device. We are not liable for any interruption or change in service availability.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies from your devices.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues resulting from use or inability to use the App, except as required by applicable law.
The App may integrate with or include links to third-party services such as Google Sign-In, analytics, or cloud storage. Their use is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for third-party service content or actions.
Some visual elements, such as icons or base logo designs, were originally sourced from Freepik and modified to fit OneTap Poster’s unique branding. These are used in compliance with Freepik’s licensing terms. All rights to the modified logo and app design belong to OneTap Poster.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
We may revise these Terms occasionally. Updated versions will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
