- Device & Usage Data: Device model, operating system, app version, and usage activity.
- Media Files: Images, logos, and videos you upload to create posters or greeting designs. These remain your property.
- Subscription Data: Details of your subscription status and purchase history (handled securely via Google Play).
2. Permissions We Use
Our app requires certain permissions to function:
- android.permission.READ_MEDIA_IMAGES: Needed so users can select and upload images or logos from their gallery for poster customization.
- android.permission.READ_MEDIA_VIDEO: Needed if users wish to upload videos for greeting or promotional poster creation.
These permissions are used only when the user chooses to upload media. The app does not scan or access media files in the background.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Enable creation of festival and business posters.
- Provide premium templates and features for subscribers.
- Allow sharing posters to WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Improve app performance and template suggestions.
- Provide customer support and promotional communication (optional).
4. Data Storage & Security
We use secure servers and encryption to protect your information.
Uploaded media remains your property and is only processed for poster generation.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
5. Sharing of Information
We may share limited data only in the following cases:
- Service Providers: For cloud hosting, analytics, or notifications.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law or government request.
- With Consent: Only if you explicitly agree.
6. User Control
Users have full control of their data:
- You can update or change your personal details anytime in the app.
- If you wish to delete your account or personal data, you can either use the in-app option (if available) or request deletion by emailing us at support@onetapposter.in.
- Once deleted, your data and media will be permanently removed from our servers.
7. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If you believe your child has provided personal data, please contact us for deletion.

- Opt out of marketing communications.

The logo and certain graphic elements used in this app are based on resources from Freepik.
Colors and design have been modified to create a unique brand identity.
Freepik resources are used in compliance with their licensing terms.

Changes will be posted here and notified in the app. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
11. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
